1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying for, enrolling in, or participating in any internship program offered by CognoRise InfoTech ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the intern", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not apply for or use our programs.

2. About Our Programs

CognoRise InfoTech offers structured, one-month (30-day) remote internship programs across a range of technology domains. Programs are learning-focused and designed to provide practical, project-based experience.

• Internships are conducted fully remotely unless stated otherwise.
• Each program has a defined set of tasks and a completion timeline.
• A verified certificate is issued on successful completion of the required tasks.

3. Eligibility

Our internships are open to anyone interested in building practical technology skills. Applicants are responsible for ensuring they can commit the time needed to complete the program tasks within the stated duration.

4. Application & Selection

Applications are submitted through our official application form. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. We reserve the right to review applications and confirm participation at our discretion.

5. Intern Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks honestly and submit your own original work.
• Meet the deadlines communicated during the program.
• Maintain respectful conduct in all community channels and communications.
• Do not share program tasks, resources, or credentials with unauthorised parties.

6. Certificates

Certificates are awarded only upon satisfactory completion of the program requirements. Certificates are issued for learning and portfolio purposes and do not constitute an offer of employment.

7. Intellectual Property

Learning materials, task descriptions, and program content remain the property of CognoRise InfoTech. Projects you build during the program may be used by you in your personal portfolio. You grant us permission to reference completed work (in anonymised or credited form) for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

8. No Guarantee of Employment

Participation in our programs is intended to build skills and experience. We do not guarantee employment, placement, or any specific career outcome.

9. Fees

To keep the program running smoothly, a nominal fee of Rs. 99/- is charged, which supports infrastructure, mentor task reviews, and your program resources such as the Offer Letter, Completion Certificate, placement guidance, and interview notes. By enrolling and continuing, you agree to pay this non-refundable fee.

10. Termination

We may suspend or remove an intern from a program for violation of these terms, plagiarism, misconduct, or disruptive behaviour, without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our programs are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, CognoRise InfoTech is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in our programs.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
